Whether you are struggling with a difficult pregnancy, postpartum anxiety or depression, or day to day struggles of parenthood, I’m here to say that you and your well-being matter, your challenges are legitimate, and you can find a way forward. As a mother of two, I have personal experience with the many joys and challenges of motherhood.

-Adjusting to parenting preschool and school-aged children

I am Certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International (PSI), and am honored to walk alongside pregnant, postpartum, and all parenting folks.

I don’t practice one-size-fits-all therapy. Each person is unique, and comes to therapy for different reasons. You’ll find that our sessions feel collaborative and supportive, honoring your personal goals, challenges, and strengths. Depending on your preferences, we can meet outdoors for an Ecotherapy session in San Diego or via a secure video connection, for California residents.
