Retreats & Workshops

Restore & Connect

In addition to retreats offered to the public, I also offer customized Ecotherapy Retreats, whether it be a corporate team or private party. I also work with individuals to customize a personal retreat to mark a life transition.

I’ll work with you to find a perfect location, coordinate logistics, and create meaningful experiences that will both catalyze personal growth and create powerful connections among participants. We may also choose to invite a co-facilitator to offer yoga or just to provide additional support.

Retreat lengths can range from mini one-hour retreats, to half-day or full day retreats, to weekends or even longer. Scroll down for a video explaining Inner Nature Therapy Retreats, as well as testimonials from previous participants!

This retreat was both energizing and extremely relaxing. The opportunities to be still and mindful, and the opportunities to play and explore provided a balanced day of restoration in nature. This retreat helped me to reconnect with a childlike sense of wonder, to explore ideas, feelings and observations with a curious and open mind. I also enjoyed being among a small group of diverse individuals, and opportunities to listen and be listened to without judgement. I am very thankful to have had the opportunity to be part of this Ecotherapy retreat!

[The Ecotherapy retreat] was a very calming and grounding experience overall. Beautiful location and safe space with both facilitators and participants. It was an excellent reminder to slow down and observe more of the little things. [The retreat was] a reminder to take the mindfulness cultivated in nature into every day life and as a way to destress/ground when emotions run high.

Although I’ve always enjoyed being in nature, the encouragement to engage physically, sensorially, and mindfully was new, and much enjoyed. [I realized that] I have more to learn about how to engage with the natural environment, and have the potential to benefit greatly from experiences like this one. I hope to become more mindful of the natural environment in everyday life. I encourage you to try this unique, pleasant, safe, non-threatening, mind-broadening experience!
