Phone Consultation (15 minutes)

Video-based Therapy Session

50 minutes: $150

Ecotherapy Session

Same as above +$20 travel surcharge

Payments are due at or before the beginning of session. Payments are auto-billed to a card on file on the day of each session. No-shows or late cancellations (within 24 hours of appointment) will be charged the full fee for the session.

Insurance

I am not currently in-network with any insurance providers.

If you have a PPO, I may be able to be an “out of network” provider. You will still be charged at the time of service, but I will provide you with a detailed record of payment (“superbill”) that you can submit for possible reimbursement monthly. Your PPO plan will determine your benefits and reimbursement. Simply ask your insurance company about the “out of network” benefits for therapy to understand what they will cover.

Please be aware that by submitting a superbill for reimbursement, you may grant your insurance company the right to access your records.
